Ellenbrook site manager Josh Taylor recognised with NHBC Pride in the Job award

Celebrating outstanding site leadership and build quality at Ellenbrook, Moreton-in-Marsh.

Josh Taylor, Senior Site Manager at Ellenbrook in Moreton-in-Marsh, has been recognised with an NHBC Pride in the Job Award — a major industry accolade celebrating exceptional site management and consistently high build standards.

Now in its fifth decade, NHBC Pride in the Job is widely regarded as a benchmark for site leadership within UK housebuilding, with awards reserved for top-performing site managers across the country.

Reflecting on the recognition, Josh described his journey from starting out as a carpenter to overseeing one of Spitfire Homes’ flagship sites, and said the award reflects the pride and passion the wider team brings to every home delivered at Ellenbrook.

Ellenbrook also marks Spitfire Homes’ return to the Cotswolds, adding to its wider regional portfolio, with schemes including Broadway, Chipping Campden, Milton-under-Wychwood, Fairford and Stow-on-the-Wold.
