The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) maintains that decreased enquiries from prospective buyers are approaching a “flatter” trend.

According to a RICS survey, it now takes 18 weeks on average to complete a sale, compared to 20 weeks in late autumn 2023.

Professionals in the property sector predict a solid recovery in home sale volumes in 2024.
